Muy buenos días☀️🍗🍊 🥬Ensalada tibia de🍗 Muslos de pollo a la naranja sanguina, miel y soja 🍊🍯 Brillo, jugosidad y ese punto pegajoso que engancha. 🔷 Ingredientes 🍗 6 muslos de pollo 🍊 Zumo de 4 naranjas sanguinas 🍯 2 cucharadas de miel 🥢 Un buen chorro de soja 🌶️ Pimienta negra recién molida 🍅 1 cucharada de tomate concentrado 🫒 Aceite de oliva virgen extra 🥔 Patatas para freír (imprescindibles) 👨‍🍳 Elaboración 1️⃣ En un bol grande mezclamos el zumo de naranja, la miel, la soja, la pimienta y el tomate concentrado. No hace falta sal. 2️⃣ Añadimos los muslos de pollo y les damos un buen masaje, que se impregnen bien. 3️⃣ Tapamos con film y dejamos reposar 4 horas (con 2 ya funciona, pero 4 es gloria). 4️⃣ Precalentamos el horno a 220 °C. 5️⃣ Colocamos los muslos en una bandeja con un chorrito de aceite de oliva y horneamos 30 minutos, dándoles la vuelta a los 15 minutos. 6️⃣ Mientras tanto, ponemos la marinada en un cazo y la reducimos a la mitad, hasta que quede brillante y untuosa. 7️⃣ Sacamos el pollo y lo napamos bien con la salsa reducida. 8️⃣ Acompañamos con patatas fritas. Porque el pollo sin patatas… no es pollo. #gourmet #finefood #hautecuisine #foodie #chefstable
