FOHandi Chicken
Chicken Handi is one of the popular curries in India. It is mild and creamy and very flavourful.
Ingredients
* 750 gm Chicken (boneless)
* 3-4 tbsp. Oil/ ghee
* 2 sliced onion
* 2 chopped tomatoes
* 4 cloves Garlic chopped
* 1 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
* 1 tsp cumin seeds
* 1 tsp coriander seeds
* 1 tsp turmeric
* 1 tsp red Chili powder
* 3-4 green chili
* Salt to taste
* 1 tsp garam masala
* 2 tsp dried fenugreek
* 1 cup plain yogurt
* 1/2 cup cream
* 1/2 cup water
* Handful of chopped coriander leaves
Method
* Set a large pan on medium heat and add three to four tablespoons of cooking oil/ ghee.
* Fry onions till they are dark golden brown.Once they are brown remove them from the pan.
* In same pan,add chopped garlic,tomatoes & green chili.Cook them until they are soft.
* Add fried onions back in the pan and mix it well.Add ginger paste and mix well.
* Now add cumin seeds, crushed coriander seeds.
* Next add turmeric powder,red Chili powder & salt.Give it a mix.
* Add chicken in the mixture and mix it well.
* Fry them until they are nicely cooked.Cover it with the lid and allow it to cook for 5-10 minutes.
* Once the chicken is cooked well,add yogurt.
* Pour some cream along with fenugreek leaves and garam masala.
* Give it a final mix and Garnish with some coriander leaves and all done!

Masala:
1½ tbsp zeera
1 tbsp dhaniya
½ tbsp kali mirch
½ tbsp safaid mirch
1 tbsp chaarmagaz
2 elaichi
½ tbsp saunf
Tip for juicy chicken breast:
As soon as the chicken turns white, add the mixture . Cook on high heat so the water dries up quickly. Once you add yogurt and cream, don’t cook just let it simmer lightly for 2 mins.

AFIffa chicken Recipe⤵️
INGREDIENTS:
4 Leg pieces+300 grams boneless chicken
Marinate chicken with:
1 cup yogurt(strained)
1 tbs Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Tbs salt
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tbs paprika powder
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 lemon
Marinate chicken for 30 mins
For garlic cheese sauce:
1 tbs butter
8-9 garlic cloves
2 cheese slices
4 cheese cubes
1/2 cup cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
4 Tbs milk
3 Tbs mayonnaise
Blend it.
•Fry chicken into 3 Tbs butter+2 Tbs oil.
Garnish it with coriander leaves.
