Yesterday we went for two exhibits in particular: 1️⃣ “Rooted: Family & Nature in Contemporary Children’s Book Illustration” - on display through February 28th. This beautiful exhibit displays artwork from eight illustrated childrens books from creators like: @MichaArcherArt | @Cozbi | @joe_cepeda | @JuanaMartinezN | @sophieblackall | @devonholzwarth | @FrankMorrison | @QingThings 2️⃣ The iconic 🚂 BRANDYWINE RAILROAD Holiday Train exhibit, on display through January 7th. This is our THIRD year coming to see this incredible model train wonderland – the boys LOVE IT!! ✨✨✨ This museum is the PERFECT thing to do with your kiddos & loved ones if you’re local (PA, DE, NJ, MD) – they’re open 7 days a week from 9:30am until 5pm. I love love love these three bookstores and I feel they deserve their flowers and your dollars lol. @braveandkindbooks sells Childrens books but has a great selection of adult books for the parents while they wait. @44thand3rdbookseller located near the AU campus, is the perfect spot to browse if you are looking for mystery, sci fi, romance novels, non-fiction and more written by black authors. I have to go back and get that Prince Coffee table book. @forkeepsbooks is full of rare finds, first editions and more. I found a Luther Album and RAN WITH IT. Which one are you visiting first?

the world, the universe - it’s all full of it. it resides in the beauty of the unknown, in the unexplained, in the unbelievable & supernatural. in the things we can’t quite put into words, the things that can’t be described with logic, the things that aren’t tangible and provable, the things that can’t be explained by natural laws or science. entering our imagination - boundless and unrestricted, is what fuels the belief in magic, bringing to life an ocean of infinite possibilities. the more we believe in magic - with a grateful heart and open mind,
