High protein Green Moong dal Veggie Chilla ❤️ 🌿 28g Protein per Serving (2 Chillas) 🥣 Ingredients (Makes 6 chillas | 3 servings) For the Batter: • 75g raw sabut green moong dal (soaked overnight) • 1 cup spinach • Handful fresh coriander • Few curry leaves • 1 inch ginger • 3–4 green chillies • 3–4 garlic cloves • Salt to taste • 1 tsp cumin seeds • Little water (for grinding) After grinding, add: • ½ tsp red chilli powder • ½ tsp garam masala • ¼ tsp black salt • ½ tsp chaat masala • ½ tsp black pepper • 2 tsp besan (for consistency) Tempering: • 1 tsp ghee + ½ tsp rai (mustard seeds) ⸻ 🥕 For the High-Protein Veg Filling: • 1 onion • 1 carrot • ½ capsicum • ½ red bell pepper • ½ yellow bell pepper • 1 small cup zucchini Spices: • Salt to taste • ½ tsp red chilli powder • ½ tsp pepper • ½ tsp chaat masala • ½ tsp roasted cumin powder • ¼ tsp ajwain Finish with: • Fresh chopped dhaniya • 150g paneer (50g per serving) Mix everything well. ⸻ 👩‍🍳 Method: 1️⃣ Soak moong dal overnight. 2️⃣ Blend with spinach, coriander, curry leaves, ginger, garlic, chillies, cumin & little water into a smooth batter. 3️⃣ Add listed spices, besan & mix well. 4️⃣ Prepare rai tadka in ghee and mix into the batter. 5️⃣ Chop veggies finely, mix with spices & paneer. 6️⃣ Heat a pan, spread batter like a chilla. 7️⃣ Add generous filling on top. 8️⃣ Flip carefully & cook till golden and crisp. ⸻ 💪 Protein Breakdown: • Moong dal (75g raw) → ~18g • Paneer (150g total) → ~27g • Besan + veggies → ~3–4g ✅ Total Protein ~48–50g Divided into 3 servings (2 chillas each) = 👉 ~28g protein per serving #explore #explorepage #viralrecipes #chilla #moongdalchilla #dalchilla #moongdalrecipe #hiproteinrecipes #hiproteinmoongdalchilla #reelsinstagram #reels #reelsviral #reelsitfeelit
