If you’re a 90s kid, then I’m sure you’ll remember that iconic chocolate snack. This honestly tastes VERY similar. And even if you haven’t tried that out, you should make THIS because these choco bites are equally crunchy and tasty!
🍫 Crispy ChocoBites Recipe (8 kcal per bite | 317 kcal total for 40 pieces | C: 44g F: 17g P: 3g)
Ingredients (makes ~40 bites):
• 2 large rice paper sheets (~18 g total)
• 45 g dark chocolate
• Oil spray (optional)
Instructions:
1. Dip two rice papers in water and place them one on top of the other on a chopping board.
2. Using a sharp knife, cut them into small squares (you can get at least 40 good ones).
3. Spread the squares evenly on your air fryer basket and lightly spray with oil (optional).
4. Air fry at 180°C for 5–6 minutes, or until they puff up and turn crispy.
5. Melt your dark chocolate until smooth.
6. Dip each crispy square halfway or fully into the melted chocolate.
7. Let them set on parchment paper, optionally sprinkle with salt and set this until the chocolate hardens (put mine into the freezer for 10 minutes).
8. Enjoy your crispy, guilt-free chocolate bites!
