WHMini chocolate chip cookies cereal! A childhood dream 🫢Ready in just 30 minutes ✨
Ingredients:
(Makes 130-135 mini cookies)
200g all purpose flour (1 and 2/3 cups)
1 tbsp Cornflour
A pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
90g butter (6tbsp+ 2 tsp) (softened)
100g brown sugar (1/2 cup)
25g White sugar (2 tbsp)
1 large egg (or ¼ cup (60g) yogurt)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mini chocolate chips (measure by heart)
Directions:
In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until well combined. Add room temperature egg (or yogurt) and whisk until the mixture is pale and tlutty.
Mix in vanilla extract, then add flour, cornflour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until fully mixed.
Fold in chocolate chips. If the dough feels too soft, refrigerate it for about 30 minutes for easier handling.
Scoop out small portions (about 1 to ½ teaspoons each) and roll into mini balls. (They will spread)
Bake at 175°C for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Let the cookies cool on the tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
