| Zimtschnecken – saftig, fluffig & sooo lecker! | 🤎🍂 Rezept zum Speichern! Zutaten für den Teig: • 470 g Mehl • 250 ml lauwarme Milch • 20 g frische Hefe • 1 Pck. Bourbon-Vanillezucker • 2 EL Zucker • 1 TL Backpulver • 65 g weiche Butter • 1 Ei Zutaten für die Füllung: • 80 g weiche Butter • 90 g Zucker • 2–3 EL Zimt Zutaten für das Frosting: • 100 g Doppelrahmfrischkäse • 50 g weiche Butter • 60 g Puderzucker • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt (alternativ: 1 Pck. Vanillezucker) Außerdem: • 100 ml Schlagsahne • etwas Kondensmilch (optional) ⸻ Zubereitung: 1. Teig: Die Hefe in der lauwarmen Milch auflösen. Dann alle Zutaten hinzufügen und zu einem glatten, leicht klebrigen Teig verkneten – das ist normal und gewünscht! Den Teig zu einer Kugel formen, abdecken und an einem warmen Ort gehen lassen, bis sich das Volumen verdoppelt. 2. Füllung & Frosting: Während der Teig geht, die Füllung und das Frosting vorbereiten. Für die Füllung alle Zutaten gut miteinander verrühren (Butter sollte weich, aber nicht flüssig sein). 3. Frosting: Die weiche Butter mit Puderzucker und Vanillezucker cremig schlagen, dann den Frischkäse unterrühren, bis eine glatte Masse entsteht. 4. Formen: Sobald der Teig aufgegangen ist, auf einer leicht bemehlten Fläche zu einem großen Rechteck ausrollen und gleichmäßig mit der Füllung bestreichen. 5. Rollen & Gehen lassen: Den Teig von der langen Seite her aufrollen und in 10–12 Stücke schneiden (mit einem Faden klappt das besonders gut!). Die Schnecken in eine gefettete Auflaufform legen, abdecken und nochmals ca. 30 Minuten gehen lassen. Den Ofen auf 180 °C Ober-/Unterhitze vorheizen. Anschließend etwas Schlagsahne auf den Boden der Form geben. 6. Backen: Die Zimtschnecken im vorgeheizten Ofen etwa 25 Minuten goldbraun backen. Ingredients Yeast mixture: 2 1/4 tsp instant dry yeast 1 1/4 cup whole milk, slightly warmed ( between 90-110 F). 1 tsp granulated sugar For the dough: 4 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 beaten egg, room temp 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste 6 tbsp salted butter , softened 1/3 cup granulated sugar Yeast mixture For the cinnamon sauce: 5 tbsp unsalted butter, softened 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla bean paste 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream 2 tbsp honey 1/3 cup light brown sugar For the filling: 3/4 cup light brown sugar 2 tbsp cinnamon 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted For the frosting: 6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla bean paste 6 oz cream cheese, room temp 3 tbsp milk ( less or more to adjust the consistency ) Method: In bowl add warmed milk , instant yeast mix, sugar. Mix and leave for 10 min or until bloomed. In a stand mixer bowl or mixing bowl add 2 cups all purpose flour, sugar and salt. Mix well to combine. Add in softened butter, egg, yeast mixture, vanilla beans paste. Mix with dough attachment hook or by a spoon for 2-3 until combined. Add in rest of the flour. And knead the for 8-10 min until a smooth dough ball forms. Place in a greased bowl , cover and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour or until it doubles in size. Prepare the cinnamon sauce by mixing softened butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, honey, vanilla bean paste and heavy whipping cream. Prepare the cinnamon filling by mixing cinnamon and brown sugar until well combined. Once the dough doubles in size roll it out into rectangular shape(1/4 inch thick). Spread melted butter on top. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly all over. Roll it out tightly into a long log, cut 10-12 equal size rolls with a sharp knife or thread. Take a baking dish and spread Cinnamon sauce evenly on the bottom. Place rolls on top, cover and leave them in a warm spot for 30 min to proof again. Prepare frosting by beating the ingredients listed above until smooth. Preheat oven to 350 F . Bake the buns for 28-30 min or until golden brown. Perfect quick and easy homemade snack Churro Dough 1 cup (240 ml) water 3 tbsp (45 g) butter 2 tbsp (25 g) sugar ¼ tsp salt 1 cup (130 g) all-purpose flour 2 eggs Cinnamon Sugar ½ cup (100 g) sugar 1–2 tsp cinnamon For Frying Vegetable or canola oil 🍫 Chocolate Dip ½ cup (120 ml) milk 100 g chocolate (dark or milk) 1 tbsp butter 1–2 tbsp sugar (optional, for sweetness & thickness) 🔥 METHOD 1. Make the Dough In a saucepan combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil. Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until the dough forms a ball and pulls away from the pot. Remove from heat and let cool 3–5 minutes. Add the 2 eggs, mixing until smooth, thick, and glossy. Transfer the dough into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle. 2. Fry the Churro Bites Heat oil to 350°F / 180°C. Pipe small 1-inch pieces into the oil, using scissors to cut. Fry until golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes. Drain on paper towels. 3. Coat in Cinnamon Sugar Mix sugar + cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Toss warm churros inside until fully coated. 🍫 Milk Chocolate Dip Heat milk gently (don’t boil). Pour over the chopped chocolate. Let sit 1 minute, then stir until smooth. Add 1 tbsp butter for shine. Add sugar if you want it sweeter or thicker. ⁨ ⁨ پاییزِ و رول دارچینش 🍂🤎 این آسون ترین و پنبه ای ترین رسپیشه🥰 حتما امتحانش کنید. عطر کره و دارچین کنار هم شگفت انگیزه🪄🤤 مواد لازم برای خمیر: ۲۵۰ میلی‌لیتر شیر (۱.۲۵ پیمانه) ۱۰ گرم خمیرمایه ۱ قاشق چایخوری بیکینگ پودر (باعث می‌شه مدت زمان بیشتری نرم بمونه.حتماً اضافه کنید) ۶۵ گرم کره (دمای اتاق) ۵۰ گرم شکر (۳.۵ قاشق غذاخوری) ۱ عدد تخم مرغ ۴۸۰ گرم آرد (تقریباً ۴ پیمانه) مواد فیلینگ: ۱۰۰ گرم شکر قهوه ای ۱.۵ قاشق غذاخوری دارچین ۱۰۰ گرم کره (نرم، دمای اتاق)یا ذوب شده فراستینگ ۲۰۰ گرم پنیر خامه‌ای ۱۵۰ گرم خامه صبحانه ۶۰ گرم پودر قند شیر را با کره میکس کرده و گرم کنید (ولرم کنید). آن را با مواد باقی مانده در یک کاسه عمیق بریزید و ورز دهید تا خمیر نرم و یکدستی حاصل شود. روی خمیر رو بپوشونید و حدود ۱ ساعت اجازه بدین استراحت کنه و حجمش ۲ برابر شه. تو همین فاصله ، کره، شکر ها و دارچین را با هم مخلوط کنید. خمیر را روی میز کمی آردپاشی شده قرار بدین و به شکل مستطیل ۳۰*۴۰ پهن کنید. مخلوط کره دارچین را روی خمیر پخش کنید و به آرامی خمیر را فشرده رول کنید. خمیر را به برش‌هایی با ضخامت تقریبی ۳ سانت علامت بزنید و با چاقوی تیز یا نخ ،برش دهید. این مقدار مواد حدود ۱۲ تا رول بهتون میده برای برش‌های مرتب‌تر، به جای چاقو از نخ دندان یا یک تکه نخ نازک استفاده کنین. قالبتون رو با کره کاملا چرب کنید و رول‌های دارچینی را با کمی فاصله داخل آن بچینید دوباره، به مدت ۴۰ دقیقه، در حالیکه روش پوشانده شده، استراحت بدین. بسته به اندازه رول هاتون ، به مدت تقریبی ۲۵ دقیقه در فر از قبل گرم شده با دمای ۱۸۰ درجه سانتیگراد (۳۵۰ درجه فارنهایت) حرارت از بالا و پایین ،بپزید. برای فراستینگ، پنیر خامه‌ای نرم شده،خامه صبحانه و پودر قند را با لیسک بزنید تا یکدست شه. بعد از اینکه رول ها رو از فر خارج کردین و در حالی که هنوز گرمه ، روی رول هارو با فراستینگ بپوشونید. رول دارچینی بهتره که ولرم سرو شه❤️⁩ #رول_دارچینی #پاییز#پاییز🍁 #اشپزی #شیرینی #دسر #عصرانه #آشپزی_سریع#cinnamon #cinnamoroll #reel #reelitfeelit #réel #pastry ##کیک_عصرانه #دارچین ##cinnamorolls #fallinlove⁩
