Ever since I started doing this type of work, a common approach by attendees over the years sounded like this "Another training again?" or "I am only here because I was instructed to" or "This is cutting into my sales time with clients and being on the field" And to anyone who is a new trainer, this can be intimidating. But I have been able to get teams on board and excited by doing many different things. Here are some of the things I do that makes them want to return for sessions 2, 3, 4 and so on.... willingly!
