CHI made a custom visor shape for Zero's Code Geass helmet! The form is a 3D print that I modeled to be slightly smaller than the helmet hole (for the plastic thickness). I tinted the visor in heated polyester fabric dye.

PRSince I'm currently working on the crafting pattern for these horns, I thought I'd upload a video to show how I glued the final 'seam' together!
Can you guess which character these horns are for?
The foam I use for these (and honestly, all of my) horns is low density EVA foam in 5mm thickness from @minqueartcosplay . It's wonderful for organic shapes like this!
The glue I'm using is their Duracol contact glue, which is really good for foam projects. Just make sure to wear respirator mask and open your windows when you use it, since it's a toxic material.

KAIt definitely isn't worth the effort now, but during covid when mannequins, for some reason, went up to $1000 it was totally worth the savings to just make our own. Now we have an Alphonse Elric as wonderful home decor.
