MAThis planner season, save money and give this hobonichi weeks dupe a try! No shade to hobonichi, because I do love their planners, but they're not always the most budget friendly and I find that people really don't know if they'll like the size or paper quality of them. So instead of impulse buying a hobonichi, here's a dupe that I actually loved so much I used it for my official 2025 planner! I got it from Amazon, and it has the SAME layout as the hobonichi weeks!!

📖 Flipping through the pages of this beautiful Forest Green planner in Wallet size (90mm x 190mm), just slightly taller than the Hobonichi Weeks. It features their signature double bookmark ribbons and 80gsm fountain pen-friendly cream paper. The debossed “2026” on the spine is a thoughtful touch. 📄 Ink Test - Smooth with light feedback, balanced for fountain pens, and no feathering in my tests. Bleed-through happened only with the Staedtler Triplus Fineliner, chisel tip Zebra Mildliner (Fuchsia) at hard stops, Pentel Sign Brush and oil-based ink pads. The Pentel Sign Brush bled through on the Wallet size paper, but not on the A5. There’s a slight paper variation between the two planners I have, though it didn’t affect fountain pen performance.
