This is something I bring up often with my athletes. At its core sports and the way you play them are ultimately a reflection of how you operate off the court.
In LIFE like sports no matter how much we prepare and plan so much of what happens is out of our control. In reality the only things we can control 100% of the time are our attitude, energy and effort!
