What if the thing youโ€™re calling anxiety is actually a clarity problem? A lot of the time, we do not feel stuck because we are lazy or incapable. We feel stuck because we are focused on the situation in front of us, not the real problem we need to solve. That is why so many people stay in loops. They keep reacting to the symptom. They never slow down long enough to name the actual issue. Hereโ€™s the simple way I work through it: Take the problem that is bothering you right now. Then go up by asking: Why does this matter? Why is this a problem? Why does this keep bothering me? Keep going until you find the real thing underneath it. Then go down by asking: How did this happen? How is this showing up? How is this creating stress or friction? That gives you context. And context gives you clarity. Sometimes the first problem you notice is not the real problem. It is just the loudest one. So when I feel that gut check, I stop and ask: Do I need to go higher in the why? Or lower in the how? That is usually where clarity shows up.
