It’s like playing catch with your thoughts, reinforcing what you’ve learned.
These methods are great for a first review, like right after class or in the evening.
For later reviews, try different active recalling methods like the Feynman technique, quizzes, or mind-maps 🫡

Method one:
1. In the left hand column, record any questions, vocabulary, main points, and ideas that arise
2. In the right hand column, write the detailed notes that correspond with those prompts
3. Summarise
Method two:
1. Record the bulk of your notes in the right hand column, trying to be as concise and topical as you can
2. In the left hand column, reinstate your notes as questions, main points, important vocabulary etc.
3. Summarise
Revision tip: Cover the right hand column and use what is in the left hand column as prompts. Can you remember the notes that go with them?

Este método se basa en una estructura dividida en tres secciones: apuntes, preguntas/conceptos clave y resumen. Utilizar este método te proporciona una estructura efectiva para tomar notas, facilita la comprensión y simplifica el proceso de revisión.
💭 Método Blurting 💭
Ideal para después de clase. Divide tu hoja en tres secciones. En la sección más grande, escribe todo lo que recuerdes del tema sin mirar tus documentos. En la segunda sección, apunta la información que te falta o que no pudiste recordar. En la tercera sección, anota preguntas que surjan al revisar lo que no lograste recordar. Este método te ayuda a identificar tus lagunas de conocimiento y reforzar lo aprendido.
📚 Método Slides 📚
Si tu profesor utiliza presentaciones, este método es ideal. Coloca las diapositivas en una parte y, al lado, toma apuntes de lo que el profesor menciona durante la clase. De esta manera, podrás complementar la información visual con detalles adicionales y explicaciones verbales.
