IPPF Withdrawal: दोस्तों PF में NCP दिनों (Non-Contributory Period Days) का मतलब उन दिनों की संख्या से है, जब कर्मचारी बिना वेतन छुट्टी (LWP) पर होता है या काम से अनुपस्थित रहता है, जिस दौरान पीएफ (EPF) में कोई अंशदान (Contribution) जमा नहीं होता है। यह आपकी सर्विस अवधि में से कम हो जाते हैं और पेंशन गणना को प्रभावित कर सकते हैं।
2- पीएफ में NCP डेज (NCP Days) का मतलब ‘नॉन-कंट्रीब्यूटिंग पीरियड’ (Non-Contributing Period) होता है। ये वे दिन हैं जब आप काम से अनुपस्थित रहते हैं और आपको वेतन (Salary) नहीं मिलता। इन दिनों के दौरान कंपनी और कर्मचारी, दोनों की तरफ से कोई PF अंशदान नहीं किया जाता है। यह मुख्य रूप से बिना वेतन वाली छुट्टी (LOP/LWP) को दर्शाता है
3- PF NCP दिनों के बारे में मुख्य बातें:
अर्थ: ‘गैर-अंशदान अवधि’, यानी वह समय जब कंपनी और कर्मचारी दोनों की तरफ से कोई PF जमा नहीं किया गया।
उदाहरण: बिना वेतन छुट्टी (LWP), अनाधिकृत अनुपस्थिति (Unauthorised Absence), या हड़ताल की अवधि।
प्रभाव: यदि आपके NCP दिन अधिक हैं, तो आपके पीएफ और पेंशन की रकम कम हो सकती है, क्योंकि कुल सेवा अवधि घट जाती है।
कैसे जानें: EPFO पोर्टल या पासबुक पोर्टल के माध्यम से आप महीने दर महीने NCP दिनों की जांच कर सकते हैं।
