تقنية كريسبر CRISPR Technology . تقنية كريسبر هي أداة بيولوجية دقيقة لتحرير الجينات تعتمد على نظام دفاعي موجود أصلاً في البكتيريا حيث تستخدمه للتعرف على الفيروسات وقطع حمضها النووي عند تكرار الهجوم الفكرة الأساسية تقوم على إنزيم يسمى Cas9 يعمل كمقص جزيئي موجه بواسطة شريط RNA مصمم مسبقاً ليتطابق مع تسلسل محدد داخل DNA عند الوصول إلى الهدف يقوم الإنزيم بقطع الحمض النووي في موقع دقيق جداً بعد ذلك تتدخل آليات الإصلاح داخل الخلية إما لربط القطع بشكل عشوائي مما يعطل الجين أو لإدخال تسلسل جديد يتم تصميمه مسبقاً قوة هذه التقنية تكمن في دقتها العالية وسهولة برمجتها مقارنة بالطرق القديمة لتحرير الجينات حيث يمكن استهداف أي جين تقريباً بمجرد تغيير تسلسل RNA الموجه هذا جعلها أداة ثورية في مجالات الطب والبيولوجيا إذ تستخدم في دراسة وظائف الجينات ومعالجة الأمراض الوراثية مثل فقر الدم المنجلي وبعض أنواع السرطان إضافة إلى تطبيقاتها في الزراعة لتحسين المحاصيل وزيادة مقاومتها رغم ذلك تظل هناك تحديات علمية تتعلق بالأخطاء الجانبية حيث قد يتم قطع مواقع غير مستهدفة داخل الجينوم مما يسبب طفرات غير مرغوبة لذلك يركز البحث الحالي على تحسين دقة النظام وتقليل هذه الأخطاء لأن التحكم الكامل في الجينوم يعني القدرة على إعادة كتابة الشيفرة الحيوية للكائنات الحية بشكل مباشر. #instagram #biology
