Me and Alice have developed this new routine in the gym where we pair our airpods to each other and listen to staying alive and move to the rhythm but in order to get through it I just can’t stop whilst i am going otherwise i would stop completely. This is why the Lulus were nearly up to my eye brows!!!!!! Loving life as a blind person because i just tell myself if i can’t see the people in the gym they can’t possibly see me so who cares!!!! . CROSSTRAINER: Liike on hyvin lähellä juoksua ja siksi se on erinomainen korvaava laji ilman iskutusta. Crosstrainerilla voi helposti tehdä niin kovat kuin kevyet harjoitukset. Se ei sovellu, jos jaloille ei saa varata painoa. 👉 Vastusta säätämällä saat mukaan myös lihaskuntoa. 2. PYÖRÄILY: Erinomainen tapa nostaa sykettä ilman iskutusta ja sopii usein myös silloin, kun jalalle ei vielä voi varata painoa täysin. 👉 Pyöräilyssä kuormitus kohdistuu erityisesti etureisiin, joten se kehittää lihaskestävyyttä eri tavalla kuin juoksu. 3.
