❌: “CSUN is crowded. You can’t get your classes.”
✅: CSUN used to be an impacted campus, making it harder to get classes. Today, only three majors are impacted.
❌: “CSUN is all commuter students. Nobody lives on campus or gets involved.”
✅: About 3,300 students live on campus. With hundreds of student clubs and organizations, Athletics, Sport Clubs, Associates Students and more, you can be as active in campus life as you want to be!
❌: “You can never find parking.”
✅: Sure, the parking lots are hectic the first month of classes, and some lots are more popular than others. But things settle down and everyone figures out their favorite parking strategies.
❌: “I’ll see the same people from high school.”
✅: OK. Maybe occasionally. But on a campus of nearly 37,000 students, you’ll see plenty of other people, too.
