How do hackers access a target system? 👨🏻‍💻 We have completed the reconnaissance phase; now it’s time to unlock the doors. In the second episode of the series, I’m demonstrating how we gain Initial Access to the target system using the information we gathered. 🛠️🔥 In this study: 📄 Wordlist Analysis: We filter captured dictionary files to create a targeted and optimized “key list” for the specific target. 🚪 Identifying Entry Points: By scanning web directories, we identify the weakest link—the management panel, and determine the login parameters. ⚡ Brute Force: Using Hydra, we decrypt the correct credentials among thousands of combinations. We are in, but for a cyber attacker, the real process begins once they infiltrate the system’s command line. 🕵️‍♂️ In the rest of the series, we will compromise the server’s terminal by exploiting vulnerable plugins. ⚠️ This study is for educational purposes only and was conducted in a lab environment. Un printf, un message d’erreur, une URL, un nom d’option… et tu commences à comprendre la logique interne du binaire sans même avoir le code source. Avant de disséquer, lis ce que le logiciel te dit.
