Dealing with adhd as an adult hasn't always been fun, but one of the traits I love the most is the issues we have with object permanence. "Out of sight, out of mind" can be a gift & a curse. This is the reason it's easy to not care about situations, things & ppl when we're no longer being stimulated by them. It's also the reason we can talk to someone we haven't talked to in years & pick up like we had brunch the day before... or talk to someone every day, then forget they exist after not talking to them for a day. 😂 . Personally, I love this on-off/peekaboo/Ctrl+Alt+dlt button. 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ . - Ctrl+Alt+dlt is my favorite adhd trait. Don't play with me. 🫶🏼
