It was game-breaking, and it completely changed how lobbies played the moment someone pulled it out. The AA-12 was one of the first weapons in Call of Duty history that felt less like a gun and more like a panic button. What made the AA-12 so overpowered is something most players never fully realized 👇 It broke multiple balance rules at the same time. • Fully automatic shotgun in a game built around burst damage • Massive magazine size that removed reload punishment • Insane close to mid range lethality • No real downside once attachments were unlocked Unlike traditional shotguns that punished missed shots, the AA-12 rewarded spray and pressure. You did not need perfect aim. You just needed to push forward and hold the trigger. The most underrated factor 💡 The AA-12 dominated because of map design.
