ORWe are expecting rain every day this week although of course it always changes. While it is raining though, stop by Dana Point Harbor to check out this cool hidden gem which is located just east of Baby Beach. This waterfall is actually a natural waterfall and has always flowed while it’s raining but since the area was developed, the area has been channelized. This waterfall will stop flowing shortly after it stops raining since it’s just runoff. Since it is runoff, stay out of the water because there are contaminants from the streets above. Just enjoy the view!

KADana Point Harbor is in the middle of a $600M transformation and we’re officially in the phase where you can see it happening. ⚓️
The marina is already about 2/3 complete, and the full waterfront redevelopment (restaurants, retail, hotels, public spaces) is on track for completion around 2027–2028.
And yes the harbor is still open 👇

OCNew Coastal Cafe in Dana Point 🏄♂️ @whiteroostercafe is a relaxed, beachy restaurant with elevated, clean comfort food with a coastal twist and smokey, vibrant flavors! It’s the kind of spot you’d want to go after surfing🌮 The service was wonderful and the vibe was chill & laid-back!
The chef-driven menu is all about keeping things clean & sustainable, yet still incredibly delicious! They had a variety of sweet & salty options like blue corn waffles, French toast, trifles, plus savory bites like tacos, bowls, burritos and more! My favorite was the 24-hour Smoked Tri Tip Tacos 🌮
