This class is a little bit technical so we do some drills and a nice good warm up and we need to use our cores a lot so we get a nice workout we do some drills and then we do our routine, a different routine every week usually. It's kind of for all levels so it's kind of like an immediate level routine but teaching nice and slowly in case a beginner wants to come along.
It's really fun and I feel like if you do heels you can do almost any other styles. It's actually quite hard, it's quite hard but it takes a lot of control a lot of balance and it's just like really good for you and it's just really fun the energy in the room is always really good it's really encouraging, and it's just a fun night!"
