This week, I began my journey as a Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft — and even though it was “just onboarding,” it turned out to be one of the most intense learning weeks I’ve had in a long time. So I decided to document the experience. I’m launching a weekly vlog where I share what it’s really like to work in tech at Microsoft - the wins, the struggles, and the small lessons that help me get 1% better every day. Here are a few things Week 1 already taught me: • People bond faster when they struggle together • Failure is not a setback - it’s the starting point • Learning from others accelerates growth • Community > going solo • Al must be built responsibly and accessible to everyone • If you don’t ask, the answer is already no • Your unique background and perspective are your biggest strengths • “Vibe coding” is making it possible to turn ideas into real apps faster than ever And honestly... this is just the beginning.
