Healthy Dates Ball Recipe Ingredients • 1 cup dates (seed removed) • ⅓ cup pistachios • ⅓ cup walnuts • ⅓ cup almonds • 1–2 teaspoons ghee Method 1. Grind the dates well into a smooth paste and keep aside. 2. Dry roast pistachios, walnuts, and almonds lightly until aromatic. 3. Let the nuts cool, then grind them coarsely. 4. Heat a pan and add ghee. 5. Add the ground dates and sauté on low flame for 1–2 minutes. 6. Add the ground nuts and mix well until everything combines. 7. Switch off the flame and allow the mixture to cool slightly. 8. Shape into balls or press into a tray and cut into bars. #datesballs #healthy #foodie #ramadan#mallu

My favorite date ball recipe is from @ambitiouskitchen! I make them every Ramadan and they are always a hit! I drizzle mine with some dark chocolate to make them more of a treat, but that’s optional! Recipe is below or you can get it at ambitiouskitchen.com Ingredients 1 cup raw pecans 1 cup pitted soft large Medjool dates (about 10 to 12 large dates) 2 to 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup ½ cup rolled oats (gluten-free if desired) ½ teaspoon kosher salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Flaky sea salt (for sprinkling on top) Instructions In the bowl of a food processor, add all the ingredients except the flakey sea salt for finishing. Pulse until ingredients are well combined and sticky. You may need to scrape down the sides a few times with a spatula, then process again. The mixture may seem crumbly at first, but see if you can squeeze a little bit between your fingers and if it sticks, you should be able to form it into balls. Use your hands to roll 1 tablespoon balls of dough. Sprinkle each energy bite with a little flaky sea salt. Place in a reusable silcone ziptop bag and store in the fridge for 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Dates balls Recipe: 250–300g Medjool dates (about 15–18 large dates),1 cup almonds,2–3 tablespoons almond praline (or almond butter),150–200g dark or milk chocolate (for coating). Open each Medjool date and remove the seed. Add the slightly roasted almonds to a blender or food processor and blend. Add the dates and almond praline to the ground almonds. Blend until you get a sticky, smooth mixture.Take small portions and roll into balls using your hands. Open each ball gently from the center. Add a little of almond praline inside. Close and reshape into a smooth ball. Melt the chocolate. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and coat evenly. Sprinkle crushed almonds on top or decorate with almond praline before the chocolate sets. Place in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes. #datesballs #medjool #ramadan2026 #energyballs #dates

This recipe made about 10 balls, and you can adjust the ingredients to your liking. DATE #4 of my Ramadan series, “How to Date”. I’m sharing 30 different date recipes everyday this month. Recipe: Soak 150g pitted dates and 150g dried figs in boiling water for 15 min. In a food processor add: 75g cashew 75g walnuts 75g oats 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp flax seeds Pulse until it come together then add your soaked dates and figs (without the water). Pulse again until it all comes together. If it’s too dry add more figs/dates. If it’s too wet add more nuts/seeds/oats. Ball them up and Enjoy 😋

It's been with me for 15yrs. After looking after it for so long, I dropped the lid and it cracked. I have been all over the place for the last 2 months, doing multiple projects, and especially when I'm worn out, the neuropathy goes nuts. My hand jerked with the nerve shock and I saw it fly... in slow motion... screaming in my head Noooo! And then I just heard the loud crack. Till now I can't find the piece that broke off. I think it flew behind the washing machine 🤦🏻‍♀️ I packed it away and forgot about it and when I took it out to do Ramadaan prep, with my brain fog, I'm like when did this happen 🤣 It's a wonder how I get anything done.
