Сон, глимфатическая система и деменция: то, о чём почти никто не говорит! Мозг — единственный орган, который не может очистить себя днём. Для этого у него есть глимфатическая система - сеть микроканалов, по которым ночью выводятся метаболические отходы, включая β-амилоид и тау-белки. Те самые, что накапливаются при болезни Альцгеймера. Но работает эта система только при глубоком и стабильном сне. Когда сон поздний, фрагментированный, поверхностный очищение не включается. Мозг просыпается “загруженным”, воспалённым и энергетически нестабильным. И так годами... Отсюда появляются первые признаки, которые люди списывают на усталость и возраст: • туман в голове, особенно вечером • скачущая концентрация • эмоциональная реактивность • потребность в сладком и стимуляторах • провалы в оперативной памяти: труднее удерживать в голове то, что нужно сделать сейчас • снижение мотивации и ориентировки в новых задачах Все эти симптомы не психология и не возраст. Это уже последствия того, что мозг не успевает очищаться, а токсичные белки и воспалительные молекулы остаются внутри нейронных сетей. Деменция не начинается, когда человек перестаёт узнавать близких. Она начинается за 10–20 лет до этого, когда глимфатическая система работает на половине мощности, а метаболическая и сосудистая регуляция уже нарушена... И именно этот ранний этап обратим. Но только если понимать, что именно ломается и где точка входа в восстановление. Поэтому я и делаю лекцию «Деменция. Как мозг медленно теряет функции и почему это не про возраст» чтобы объяснить процессы, которые идут задолго до диагноза и которые можно изменить. And yet… I know how mysterious or even intimidating it can seem from the outside. So here’s what it is NOT: 1. It’s dangerous. – Many think Kundalini Yoga forcefully “awakens” energy, but in truth it’s a safe, gradual practice when guided properly by an experience teacher. 2. It’s a religion. – It’s not tied to any religion; it’s a spiritual practice open to everyone, regardless of belief. 3. It’s only about chanting. – While mantra is important, Kundalini Yoga also includes movement, breathwork, meditation, and deep relaxation. 4. « النوم مش مجرد راحة… هو صيانة شاملة لجسمك وعقلك » كثير من الناس يضحي بساعات نومه عشان ينجز أكثر، لكن الحقيقة إن قلة النوم بتسرق منك إنتاجية اليوم اللي بعده. تعالوا نشوف إيه اللي بيحصل لجسمك وانت نايم: 1. المخ بينظف نفسه: أثناء النوم العميق، بيشتغل جهاز التنظيف اللمفاوي في المخ عشان يشيل السموم المتراكمة. لو نمت أقل من 6 ساعات، السموم دي بتفضل موجودة وتأثر على تركيزك وذاكرتك. 2. القلب بياخد بريك: معدل ضربات القلب وضغط الدم بينخفض أثناء النوم، ودي فرصة للقلب إنه يرتاح من ضغط 16 ساعة يقظة. 3. هرمون النمو بيشتغل: أكتر إفراز لهرمون النمو بيحصل أثناء النوم العميق، خصوصاً بين 10 مساءً و2 صباحاً. الهرمون ده مسؤول عن تجديد الخلايا وحرق الدهون وبناء العضلات. 4. الذاكرة بتتثبت: أثناء نومك، المخ بينقل المعلومات من الذاكرة القصيرة للذاكرة الطويلة. عشان كده لو ذاكرت ونمت كويس، هتتذكر أحسن بكتير من اللي يذاكر ويصحى طول الليل. 5. جهاز المناعة بيتجدد: قلة النوم بتقلل إنتاج الخلايا المناعية بنسبة تصل إلى 70%. اللي ينام أقل من 5 ساعات يومياً معرض للإصابة بنزلات البرد 4 أضعاف غيره.
