These are the most common mistakes you NEED to avoid:
❌ 1. Using dirty tools
Never reuse or skip sterilizing your derma roller/pen. Bacteria = infections & scalp damage.
❌ 2. Rolling too aggressively
Pressing too hard won’t give faster results—it only leads to irritation, wounds & hair breakage.
❌ 3. Wrong needle size
For scalp, stick to 0.5mm–1.5mm depending on experience. Anything bigger = high risk of injury.
❌ 4. Doing it too often
Your scalp needs time to heal! Once a week (for 0.5mm) or every 3–4 weeks (for 1.5mm). Daily use? BIG NO!
❌ 5. Skipping aftercare
No oiling or harsh products immediately after! Let your scalp breathe & use soothing serums.

Dermarolling steps:
1. Disinfect the skin and the roller
2. Roll 5 times each direction
3. Apply favorite serum of your choice, lately I love Niacinamide
4. Disinfect dermaroller
5. Repeat once a week, preferably before bed time
