“If swallowed, contact poison control.”
Yet people load up their brush twice a day.
If you’re using a cleaner toothpaste with an active ingredient like hydroxyapatite, you still only need a pea-sized amount. The difference is, it’s designed to support your biology, not work against it.

-here’s what you need in a good paste: xylitol, nanohydroxyapatite, alkaline pH, and fluoride (if you’re not opposed. Remember there is a difference between ingesting fluoride and applying it topically and spitting).
- Elementa Tooth gel. If it’s not available where you live, try MI paste from your dentist!
