Mash the yolks with a fork until they reach a powdery consistency. 7. Add the mayo, mustard, pepperoncini (or jalapeño/vinegar), hot sauce, Britscookin Cajun Seasoning, and Britscookin Garlic & Herb. 8. Mix well until smooth. For an extra creamy texture, use an immersion blender to blend the filling. 9. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into each egg white half using a piping bag or Ziploc bag with the corner cut off. 10. Sprinkle the tops with extra Garlic & Herb and smoked paprika for garnish. #deviledeggs #thanksgiving #thanksgivingdinner #sidedish #easyrecipe

Smoked Jalapeño Popper Deviled Eggs These are guaranteed to be a hit at your next gathering! Recipe • Place 12 eggs on the smoker at 325F for 30 minutes directly on the grill grates. Note: you can also boil the eggs instead of smoking them. • Place the eggs in a bowl full of ice water for 10-15 minutes. This will help stop the cooking process and cool the eggs down. • Peel the eggs by gently removing the shell. Place the eggs back on the smoker at 165F for 30 mins. • Slice each egg in half then scoop out the yolks into a bowl. Add 2 tbsp @trybachans Original, 3 tbsp softened cream cheese, 3 tbsp pickled jalapenos, 2 tbsp mayo, 1 tsp bbq rub then mix thoroughly and place in a piping bag. • Pour some bbq rub on a plate then place each egg white on the bbq rub face down to season the rim of the egg. • Pipe each egg white with the filling then top with crumbled bacon, a slice of fresh jalapeño and chives. #eggs #delicious

Follow me for more recipes @amydulcee 💜 Pink Deviled Eggs 🌸🥚🌱 A simple and colorful dish that will make any holiday table more joyful and festive! This week the recipe was published in La’Isha magazine and today it’s also available on their website with all the preparation steps, tips, and highlights ✨ Ingredients: • 6 eggs • 1.5 liters water • 1 large beet • 1 lemon • 1 flat tsp salt • 1 heaping tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream • 1 tsp mustard • Pinch of salt • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper Instructions: 1. Boil the eggs for 8–10 minutes, then transfer to a bowl of cold water. 2. Peel the eggs and place them in a bowl or container. 3. Peel the beet, cut it into small cubes, and place in a pot. Add water, salt, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, then let cool. 4. Remove the beet cubes from the water and pour the beet-colored water over the eggs (add a bit more water if it doesn’t cover the eggs completely). 5. Let the eggs soak in the beet water in the fridge for three hours or overnight (no longer than that). 6. Cut the eggs in half, transfer the yolks to a bowl, and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, a pinch of salt, and ground black pepper. (If the texture is crumbly, add a bit more mayonnaise.) 7. Fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag. Garnish with fresh herbs, edible flowers, black pepper, or crushed chili—whatever you love!

Every time I bring these deep fried deviled eggs to a party, they fly off the tray. They are so delicious and it’s very easy to eat too many of them. I always get so many compliments and once even got $50 from an uncle who was so impressed by these delicious deviled eggs. Deviled eggs Ingredients: 6 hard boiled eggs 3 tbsp kewpie mayonnaise 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp sriracha 1 tsp pickle juice 1/2 cup AP flour 3 eggs, beaten 2 cups seasoned panko breadcrumbs* Oil for frying To garnish: Chili crisp Scallions Seasoned panko breadcrumbs: 2 cups panko breadcrumbs 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp dried parsley 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp salt - adjust to taste Instructions: Step 1: Hard boil the eggs and cool in an ice water bath. Then shell them, cut them in half and separate the egg whites and yolks. Step 2: Mix the yolks with mayo, sriracha, mustard and pickle juice. Mash with a fork or if using a blender, do it in short bursts or the mixture will split. Make sure the yolks are completely cool or it will split! Step 3: Pat down the egg whites to remove excess water, then coat them in flour, egg wash, then panko breadcrumbs. Let them sit for a few minutes, then dip them in the egg wash and breadcrumbs again so none of the white part is exposed. BE FOREWARNED- this part is hard! Step 4: Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan to 350 degrees F, pop the egg whites in for about 2 to 3 minutes until the panko is golden brown and crispy. Do not overcook them. Step 5: once the egg whites have cooled, pipe in the yolk mixture, then finish with chili crisp and scallions, and enjoy immediately!

Day 2 of my Thanksgiving Sides Series🍽️ Recipe Here🥚 Classic Deviled Eggs 12 eggs 1/3 cup miracle whip @miraclewhip 1/3 cup mayo @hellmannsmayonnaise Salt Paprika 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, then gently place the eggs into the boiling water. Reduce the heat to low medium and cook for 12 minutes. Next transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice cold water and rest for 20 minutes. 2. When the eggs have finished resting, peel them, and rinse them well to make sure there are no shells remaining on the eggs. Slice in half lengthwise, and place all of the yolks into a bowl. Set the whites aside. 3. Mash the yolks then add the miracle whip, mayo, salt, and mustard. Whip or blend until the yolks are smooth and creamy. 4. Arrange the egg whites on a plate or platter. You can use a piping tip or a Ziploc bag to fill the egg whites, you can also just use a spatula or a spoon as well. There’s really no wrong way to do it. To finish them off sprinkle with paprika. What’s a party or holiday get together without deviled eggs?! 😈🥚 My fool proof method of peeling eggs will make it super simple. You won’t end up with eggs that look like gold balls with a bunch of divots! For fully cooked eggs, I add them to boiling water that has baking soda added. 1 tsp per 6 eggs that you’re boiling. Boil for 12 minutes. If you’re at a higher elevation, it will take longer so check the google ⛰️ Then I put them in an ice bath for 5 minutes and use a small spoon to remove the shells. Deviled Eggs 6 eggs, hard-boiled 3 Tbsp mayonnaise 1 tsp Dijon (or yellow mustard) 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar) Pinch of salt and pepper Paprika for garnish I hope this helps and you all have a wonderful holiday!!!
