Is this the most hikeable town in the US? ⬇️ 📍SEDONA, ARIZONA Believe it or not, we did every single one of these hikes in less than 2 days 🤯 Day 1: 🌞Sunrise at Cathedral Rock (1.7 miles) 🚊Mid-day hike to The Subway (6.9 miles) 🌄Sunset at Slick Rock (0.5 miles) Day 2: ✈️Sunrise at Airport Mesa (0.3 miles) 🔑Mid day hike to Keyhole Cave (2.3 miles) 🌵Sunset at Devils Bridge (3.9 miles) Being able to do SIX hikes in 2 days (and still have some time to explore in between) is absolutely unheard of for most hiking towns. Sedona has such a good bang for your buck when it comes to epic views vs time spent Save this for your next trip to Sedona🏜️

📍Devils Bridge, AZ This iconic Sedona location does not disappoint! Here are some things to know to make the most of it! ⬇️ ▫️The hike itself is relatively easy, although it does have some steeper sections toward the top that require a bit of scrambling. ▫️There are options to start the trail, from Dry Creek road and from the car park trailhead. Whilst one is more scenic, the Dry Creek saves a lot of time. If you have a 4WD you can skip a bit of distance and park at the trailhead (although parking is limited). ▫️START EARLY. This one is a must as it gets busy!!! We were at the bridge around 7am, a little after sunrise and this was perfect. To get your photo on the bridge you have to queue so getting there early means you get the most peaceful experience! ▫️It is not as scary as it looks. Oli did it with no problems but I have am not the best with heights. After debating not doing it I was so glad I did, it’s wider than it looks! best hikes in sedona ⤵️🏜️ one of my favorite places to visit in winter in arizona is sedona! smaller crowds & perfect hiking weather. here are some of my favorite sedona hikes: 📍west fork oak creek •approx 8 miles •mostly flat •water hike 📍devils bridge •multiple trails, 3+ miles, decent elevation gain at the end •busy but beautiful •best to hike at sunrise •can ride the sedona shuttle to this trailhead 📍doe mountain •one of the best hikes in sedona for sunrise •short, 1 mi trail 📍cathedral rock •also only a little over a mile •very high traffic •lots of rock scrambling, need good shoes! •consider alternative Baldwin Trail 📍hangover trail •can make this trail into so many different loops! •all the views are stunning, can check out the hangover caves/ Schnebly hill windows (comment Schnebly Hill for my blog post on this!!) happy hiking everyone!

It is no secret that we absolutely LOVE the Southwest and after falling in love with towns like Page, AZ and Moab, UT, this particular town has officially taken the cake as our all time favorite!! 📍Sedona, AZ 🥾Favorite hikes: cathedral rock, bell rock and courthouse butte loop, devils bridge, seven sacred pools, doe mountain, and SO MANY MORE! This place is seriously a hikers dream! 🚴🏽‍♀️Other adventures activities: mountain biking, jeep & off-road tours, scenic drives, hot air ballooning With scenery similar to Zion and epic adventure activities like Moab, it’s no wonder we fell in love with Sedona 🥹😍 🏜️Comment “Arizona” and we will send you our Arizona guide with insights for visiting all the national parks in addition to the best national monuments, state parks, and Arizona towns to see along the way!
