Por eso conceptos como #DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) son cada vez más relevantes. Se trata de proyectar pensando desde el inicio en los procesos de #fabricación, el transporte y el montaje, no únicamente en el resultado final.
Este enfoque permite simplificar sistemas, reducir el número de componentes, optimizar uniones y mejorar la calidad global del edificio. ¿El resultado? Más eficiencia en fábrica, montajes más rápidos y precisos en obra y menos errores, costes e improvisación.
Pero hoy ese planteamiento necesita evolucionar.

TAA hillside, a view, and a fundamental question:
can industrialized construction deliver true luxury without compromising design?
This project is my answer.
The architecture is developed as a terraced system embedded into the landscape, where volumes follow the natural slope to preserve views, privacy, and minimize visual impact.
Horizontal layers, generous terraces, and private pools create a seamless continuity between indoor and outdoor living.
But what makes this project different is not only how it looks —
it’s how it is conceived.
From the very beginning, the design has been developed through MMC (Modern Methods of Construction) and DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) principles, turning the building into a coordinated modular system.
And this is the key point:
Modularity here does not limit design — it enhances it.
By working with a rational grid and prefabricated components, we gain:
– higher precision and alignment across all elements
– cleaner geometries and stronger architectural language
– full integration of structure, façade, and interiors
– the ability to repeat quality, not standardization
Each unit is unique in experience, but built through a controlled and optimized system.
Sustainability is embedded at every level:
– green roofs that reduce heat gain and integrate the buildings into the landscape
– terraced landscaping to manage water and support biodiversity
– passive design strategies such as shading, orientation, and cross ventilation
– reduced construction waste and site impact through off-site production
At the same time, the structural system is designed to be highly resistant and anti-seismic, using a hybrid approach that combines precision-engineered components with controlled assembly.
