I m sharing some tips which work for me very well 1- follow my diet chart 2- I Don't skip my meals to reduce weight 3- I always eat on time 4- try to control my portion or serving size 5- add a variety of foods (recommend serving size) 6- I try to eat small-sized meals instead of one time big meals Drink 3-4 litres fluids and stay hydrated Importantly I enjoy my food 😍🥰
