Why is this meme so good lol 😭 what exactly are Distributed Systems? ⬇️ ▪️Distributed software systems involve multiple computers working together. They’re important because they make applications more reliable and scalable. However, their importance comes with complexity since coordinating communication between nodes, managing data consistency, and handling failures can be challenging. Designing and maintaining these distributed systems demands a lot of careful planning and consideration for factors like network latency, data synchronization and fault recovery, since nodes can fail for many different reasons. 📖 💻 #computerscience #distributedsystems #algorithms #learnprogramming #learnaws #cloudcomputing #datastructures #compsci #softwareengineering #coding

💻✨ Inside the Machine: The Hidden Symphony of Computers ⚙️🌐 From the outside, it’s just a box. But open it, and you find a city of circuits — a humming universe where electricity becomes thought. ⚡ 1. The CPU — The Brain. Every click, every command, every digital dream starts here. It thinks at lightning speed, juggling numbers so fast they turn into experience. The CPU doesn’t rest — it calculates existence. 🧠💥 🧬 2. The Motherboard — The Heart & Highways. Wires, sockets, and circuits weave like neural pathways. It connects everything — memory, power, logic, and soul. It’s less a board and more a nervous system made of copper. ⚡ 3. The RAM — The Short-Term Memory. Fast, fleeting, forgetful. RAM holds thoughts midair — the open tabs, the running programs, the half-formed digital daydreams. Turn the power off, and it lets them all go. 💾 4. The Storage — The Memory of Time. Hard drives, SSDs — the archives of your digital life. Every photo, every file, every forgotten download sleeps here, waiting to be summoned. 🎨 5. The GPU — The Artist. Pixels, shaders, reflections — all rendered by this visual magician. It turns math into color, data into beauty, and makes the unreal visible. 🖌️💫 🔌 6. The Power Supply — The Pulse. Quiet, steady, indispensable. It feeds the machine’s hunger for energy, turning chaos from the wall socket into calm, stable current. ❄️ 7. The Cooling System — The Breath. Fans whirl, liquid flows, temperatures balance. Without it, ambition melts — literally. It’s the unsung guardian of performance. 🧩 8. The Case — The Skin. Protective, stylish, glowing with LEDs or silent in matte black. The case doesn’t just hold — it frames the machine’s identity. 💫 The Truth of the Machine: A computer isn’t cold or lifeless — it’s rhythm, light, and logic bound together. It doesn’t just compute — it creates, turning electricity into imagination. Because somewhere between code and current, it learns to think in color. 🖥️⚡🌌 #viral #trending #reelitfeelit #trendingreels #knowledge

let's set up my nas together! i set up a portable one with 2 ssds a while back, but my pc storage is filling up again and i'm trying to consolidate ALL the videos i've recorded in my entire life into one place, so i can deprecate the 20 different external hard drives I have 😣😣 the whole process was so easy, and i feel like it's going to make my workflow so much easier 😸😸 thank you @zima_space and @westerndigital for sending these products out! #tech

A Digital Counter Circuit from 0 to 9 This circuit counts from 0 to 9 using a 555 timer, a BCD counter, and a 7-segment display driver. It generates a clock signal and converts the binary count into a readable numeric display. 1. Clock Generation (555 Timer) A 555 timer is set up as an astable multivibrator, producing a continuous square wave signal. This signal acts as the clock pulse for the BCD counter. The counting speed can be adjusted by changing the resistor and capacitor values in the timer circuit. 2. BCD Counter The BCD counter receives the clock pulses and increments the count on each pulse. The counter cycles through binary-coded decimal (BCD) values from 0000 (0) to 1001 (9). After reaching 9, it automatically resets to 0 and restarts the sequence. 3. 7-Segment Display Driver The BCD output is sent to a BCD-to-7-segment decoder. This decoder translates the BCD code into segment signals to display numbers 0 to 9 on a 7-segment display. #electronics #electricalengineering #electricalcircuits #electronicsengineering #controltheory #controlsystems #controlengineering #powerelectronics #electrician #electric #electrical #electricians #electricidad #electrics #electricalengineer #electronic #phisics #physics #physicslab #energy #energyengineering #math #mathproblems#simulation #digitalsystems #digitalelectronics #informatics

Don’t worry — these high-performance computers thrive in liquid 💧 Sandia engineers are submerging computer servers in a liquid coolant, eliminating the need for power-hungry cooling systems. This finding could cut energy consumption by 70% and reshape data center architecture. “It’s pretty cool — and a little unusual — to walk into a computing lab and see electrical hardware submerged in fluid,” Sandia engineer David Damm said.
