Rainbow Dorodango Recipe 🌈⬇️⬇️ I am the owner of a Dorodango kit shop 😊 Please visit my shop through the link in my profile. The rainbow Dorodango you see at the beginning and the end is how it looked the next morning ✨ Today I made a colorful Dorodango. I really love how it turned out with many different colors. Please try it too ❤️ Clay 130 g Sand 75 g Water 23 g ⚫ Put the materials in a zip bag and knead well for about 10 minutes. ⚫ Roll it into a ball while it is still inside the bag. ⚫ Take it out of the bag and roll until it becomes firm. ⚫ Mix 2 teaspoons of water with 2 drops of olive oil. Use this water and a sharp edged bottle to carve a beautiful sphere. ⚫ Using the same water, polish with a cup for about 20 minutes. ⚫ When it becomes shiny, apply mica mixed with clay and design as you like ✨ 🌟 Tips ⚫ Rub each color gently with your finger so the colors do not mix together. 🌟 Tips ⚫ After rubbing well and blending, clean the cup and apply a small amount of olive oil, then lightly wipe it off. Removing excess oil helps prevent the colors from bleeding and mixing while polishing 😊 ⚫ Repeat polishing gently with your hands and the cup for about 15 minutes, then rest for 15 minutes. ⚫ Continue polishing until it becomes beautifully shiny ✨ Then it is finished ❤️ I am the owner of a Dorodango shop. In my shop, I sell complete Dorodango kits. The polishing cups included are carefully selected. I personally test each one by polishing real Dorodango to make sure it creates a beautiful shine, so you can use them with confidence 😊 I also explain the materials and the full process step by step on my YouTube channel. Pink Dorodango recipe↓↓↓🩷 Today I mixed soft pink and vivid pink.😊 If you place light pink directly on brown clay it becomes beige, so I added a thin layer of white mica first. Clay 130 g Sand 75 g Water 23 g Knead for 10 to 12 minutes. Shape into a firm ball. Mix two teaspoons of water with two drops of olive oil. Use this water to shave and smooth the surface. Polish with an egg cup for about 20 minutes while adding a little water. When it starts to shine mix mica and clay. Brush a thin white layer then add light pink and design with the darker pink. Wipe the cup clean and add a tiny bit of olive oil. Polish gently for about 15 minutes. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes. After resting polish again for about 45 minutes. Here is the recipe ↓↓↓green and black Dorodango Today I made a deep green and black Dorodango. When I added black mica, it became really dark, almost completely black. So I added green mica on top, and the black sank into the background while the green came forward. It created a beautiful marble effect with real depth. It looks so beautiful 😆🩷✨ Please try it if you like. Clay 130g Sand 75g Water 23g Mix everything together and knead well for about 10 minutes. Then roll it for another 10 minutes to shape it, and use the edge of a glass bottle to shave and refine it into a smooth sphere. Mix 2 teaspoons of water with 2 drops of olive oil and polish it for about 20 minutes using the bottom of an egg cup. Then mix mica powder with clay, apply it, create your design, and gently polish it with your hands and cup for about 15 minutes. Let it rest for about 15 minutes. Then continue polishing with your hands and cup for about 45 minutes until it becomes shiny. If you want to see a full tutorial, I explain everything in detail in my YouTube video “Make a Dorodango in 2 Hours” You can find it at the top of my YouTube page. I am the owner of a Dorodango shop and I sell full kits with the exact tools I use. Rainbow Dorodango recipe here ⬇️⬇️⬇️ I sell Dorodango kits. Check the link in my profile 😊❤️ 🌈 Today’s request is a rainbow Dorodango. When I made it once before, the colors mixed together. This time, I adjusted the process so the colors stay clearly separated. Let me share the key points ✨ Clay 130 g Sand 75 g Water 23 g • Knead well for at least 10 minutes • Roll inside a plastic bag until it becomes glossy • Take it out of the bag and roll again to firm it up • Using 2 tsp of water with 2 drops of olive oil, shape it round with a sharp-edged bottle • Polish with a cup for about 20 minutes until glossy • Mix clay into the mica 🌟 Tip 🌟 To make the colors brighter, I first applied a thin base layer of white mica. • Rub on mica in rainbow colors Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Light Blue, Blue, Purple in this order • Rub firmly by hand so the mica adheres well to the surface • Clean the cup and apply a very small amount of olive oil 🌟 Tip 🌟 To avoid mixing colors, polish gently and carefully, starting from the lighter colors. • Once it starts to shine, let it rest for about 15 minutes. Wipe clay off with a damp paper towel, then wash your hands. • Polish well until it becomes beautifully glossy to finish ✨ 🌟 More detailed techniques and materials are fully explained on my YouTube. I am a Dorodango kit shop owner, and I sell kits with the same materials and tools used in my videos. All polishing cups are personally tested by me before shipping to make sure they become beautifully glossy. The full process is available for free on YouTube. Check the link in my profile 😊✨ Save this post and give it a try.

Pink to Red Dorodango Recipe ⬇️ Japanese art, shining with soil and water.✨ Today I tried a gradient. Light pink → shocking pink → purple → red. I really love how it turned out 😆🩷✨ So cute. Please try it too. ⸻ Recipe Clay 130 g Sand 75 g Water 23 g Steps 1. Mix everything well and knead for about 10 minutes. 2. When it becomes sticky, shape it into a ball. 3. Put it in a bag and roll for 5 to 10 minutes. 4. When it starts to look smooth and shiny, take it out and roll again for 5 to 10 minutes. 5. Use the edge of a bottle to shape it into a beautiful sphere. 6. Mix 2 teaspoons of water with 2 drops of olive oil. 7. Using this water, polish with the bottom of an egg cup for about 20 minutes. 8. When it becomes shiny, apply a mixture of mica and clay. 9. For the light pink area, apply a thin layer of white mica first. If you apply color directly on the clay, it will look beige. 10. Clean the bottom of the egg cup, apply a very thin layer of olive oil, then polish with your hands and the cup for about 15 minutes. 11. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes. Half a day is also fine. 12. Polish again with your hands and the cup for about 45 minutes to finish. ⸻ I’m the owner of a Dorodango shop. I sell complete Dorodango kits. Cracked dorodango restore recipe ↓↓↓ Put the cracked Dorodango in a zip bag and add 2–3 teaspoons of water. Leave it for one day. It becomes soft again, and when you crumble it, it breaks apart and returns to soil. If it doesn’t get sticky and still feels too dry, add 1 more teaspoon of water and knead well. From here, continue as usual. Knead well, round it, and roll to compact. Use a glass bottle to shave it and shape it into a beautiful sphere, removing any craters. With a little water, polish with a cup for about 20 minutes. Apply the mixture of clay and mica. To set each color well, polish slowly in small sections. Then polish the whole surface with your hands and the cup, let it rest for at least 15 minutes, and finally polish firmly with your hands and cup for about 45 minutes… Complete!! 😆✨✨ ――― And a little zen message. Even if it breaks, it’s okay. Dorodango can crumble and still be shaped again. It feels like a small zen world, where you can always start again 😆✨🫶🏻 Breaking is not failure. Even when it breaks, it can create new light and new joy. So please enjoy the process as many times as you like. Save this post and try it anytime. ――― And… I am also a Dorodango kit maker! I tested and polished every single tool myself to make sure it truly works, and I carefully selected each item that I put into the kit. You can find it through the link in my profile, so please come visit my shop if you’d like☺️ With love, Noriko

I run a small Dorodango shop.🏠 My kit includes everything you need: the right clay, the perfect sand mix, and a polishing cup that I personally test one by one to make sure it can create a perfect shine. Please visit my shop from the link in my profile. Materials Clay 130 g Sand 75 g Water 23 g Steps Mix well and knead for 10 min. Roll in the bag for 5–10 min. Take it out and roll for another 5–10 min. Mix 2 tsp water with 2 drops olive oil. Shape with a glass bottle using water. Polish with the cup for 20 min. Mix mica and clay and apply. Clean the cup and add a little olive oil. Soften the soil on your hands. Gently rub the Dorodango with your hands. Polish gently with the cup and your hands. Let it rest for at least 15 min. Polish for 45 min until glossy. You can polish again the next day. FAQ The clay I use is natural clay rich in silt from upper soil layers, not pottery clay. Pottery clay absorbs water slowly, so this 2-hour method does not work. If your garden soil has enough natural clay, you can make Dorodango with that too. I also have YouTube videos showing how to make it with natural soil. #dorodango #hikarudorodango #craft #japaneseart #mindfulness #zen

Dorodango recipe here↓↓↓ Today, I mixed Dorodango with natural stones and tried to make it impossible to tell which one is soil. Amazing, right? You can’t tell, can you? 😆 I bought a mixed set of natural stones online, but they were smaller than I expected 😂 Next time, I’ll get bigger stones and make it a real guessing game 😉🩷 So here’s the recipe. ⸻ Recipe (makes about 10 small Dorodango) Clay 65 g Sand 37 g Water 12 g 1. Put the clay, sand, and water into a zip bag. Knead well for about 10 minutes. 2. When the mixture feels moist, roll it into your preferred size. 3. Wrap each ball in plastic wrap and roll to compact it. The surface will start to shine. 4. Remove the plastic wrap and roll again to compact further. 5. Mix 1 teaspoon of water with 1 drop of olive oil. Use this water and polish with a glass bottle until the surface becomes smooth and spherical. 6. Mix mica powder with a small amount of clay and apply it to the surface. 7. Rub well with your hands to blend it evenly. 8. Apply a tiny amount of olive oil to the bottom of an egg cup. 9. Polish in the egg cup, then polish with your hands. Repeat this process. Because they are small, polishing is fast. After about 10 to 15 minutes, you’ll get a shiny Dorodango that looks just like a natural stone ✨ If you polish only with a glass bottle at the final stage, the rim of the bottle must be very round. If the edge is sharp, it will scratch the surface and it won’t shine well. Look for a bottle with a smooth, rounded edge. ⸻ About my Dorodango kit I am a Dorodango shop owner, and I sell Dorodango kits. All polishing cups included in my kits are personally tested by me. I only include cups that I have actually used and confirmed can polish Dorodango to a beautiful shine, so you can use them with confidence. I explain all the materials and the full process in detail on YouTube. Please check the link in my profile.

How to Make Kaolin Dorodango ⬇️⬇️⬇️ I sell Dorodango kits. You can find them through the link in my profile 😊❤️ Today I made Dorodango using Kaolin clay. Kaolin has much finer and more uniform particles than the natural clay I usually use. Because of this, water control is more delicate and sensitive. If you finish it in one day, the surface may turn white and matte the next day, almost as if it has powdered. But don’t worry. There is a way to manage it. 🌟 Kaolin Recipe Kaolin 130g Sand 75g Water 25 to 28g, slightly more than usual ⚫ Knead for about 15 minutes, a little longer than usual ⚫ Shape into a round ball ⚫ Roll it gently inside a plastic bag ⚫ Take it out and firm it by rolling ⚫ Carve it into a beautiful sphere using a sharp-edged bottle ⚫ Let it dry completely for 2 to 3 days until the inside is fully dry I actually forgot mine and left it for about two weeks 😅 If the inside is not fully dry, moisture can move back to the surface and cause a white, matte appearance the next day. ⚫ Wet it with 2 teaspoons of water and 2 drops of olive oil ⚫ Soften the surface until muddy using a bottle ⚫ Use slightly more water than usual and polish while carefully smoothing the surface ⚫ Clean the cup, apply a little more olive oil than usual, then polish ⚫ Start gently with your hands and the cup. Gradually increase the pressure until it becomes shiny. Do not press too hard. Kaolin is sensitive to friction and not suitable for very long polishing sessions. 🌟 For more detailed polishing methods and materials, everything is explained on YouTube. I run a Dorodango kit shop and sell the same tools and materials used in my videos. I personally test every polishing cup to make sure it creates a beautiful shine before sending it to you. The full tutorial is free on YouTube. Please check the link in my profile. If you feel inspired, save this and try it yourself 😊✨
