We discussed how to overcome resistance and procrastination using practical tools, not mantras or inspirational language. - Steven wrote his first book at 52 (!) and at 82 is still incredibly mentally and physically vigorous (!) He resistance trains 5 days a week at 4:45 AM, and approaches his writing with the same rigor. 2 hours a day every day. No exceptions. - Here we are discussing what happens if you do not pursue your dreams.
