I have some good/ great news!
I have, finally, and with massive thanks for the help that I have received, had a most favourable response from Eaglet Films with regards to recognising and in future mentioning @DotPebbles_knits and also your fabulous frogs as inspiration for the knitted frog characters in the upcoming Froglets TV programme
– that’s all I wanted and that’s what I shall be getting.

I must, however, as part of the contract, cease, that’s myself and all you lovely people, making any further disparaging or defamatory statements or false allegations’ regarding and in relation to Holger Auffenberg, Froglets, Eaglet Pictures Limited, Eaglet Films and the BBC. ☑️
For legal reasons I am going to remove all past posts relating to the issue, as is requested by the film company. ☑️
You’ve done an amazing job in gaining credence to the frog pattern and that has now been 100% resolved.

Further to my post of yesterday, here are some more details on the exchange of messages, and agreed arrangements, with the producers at Eaglet Pictures, who are now understanding of my position. They genuinely admire my work and are happy to acknowledge that my frog pattern was an important piece of many helpful sources of inspiration for them when they set out to develop their own patterns and characters for the TV series “Froglets” a number of years ago. After our latest exchanges, I am satisfied that everyone has been acting in good faith and the producers have confirmed that they will happily mention @dotpebbles_knits as one of their sources of inspiration on their Froglets Instagram account and on other Eaglet Pictures-managed and controlled marketing communications. They have also made it clear that they do not intend to ever publish a competing knitting pattern and are more than happy to direct to me any sales enquiries which they may receive about frog knitting patterns.
