When Dave came to me, he was dissatisfied with not just his physique but how he was able to lead his teams and problem solve in a high stakes corporate environment where his insights and decisions affected hundreds of employees and the company’s bottom line. The first thing we addressed was his mindset around the broken logic of past 30-day challenges and reframed what he believed would actually work. Within a few months not only did he drop over 10 lbs and gain more shape but his primary goal of leading his teams with an inexcusable energy became apparent daily. But here’s what most people miss. Dave’s transformation has reached well beyond how he looks in a blazer and his improved mental clarity to stay sharp at work but his capacity in life has increased overall.
