ON✷ I was asked by Pixie to pierce her stretched lobe with an existing blowout.
✷ The piercing was placed through healed tissue, with the placement and jewellery selected to suit the condition, thickness, and behaviour of the lobe tissue.
✷ When working with blown out or heavily scarred tissue, things slow right down… assessment, placement, and downsizing all matter if you want stable healing and to avoid further stress on the tissue.
✷ I wanted to record the process, the angle unfortunately slipped but I still had to share as it was such a fun one to do n I don’t know when I’d get to do another.
