5 ingredient Easter egg slice 🍫 This recipe is a must to make this Easter long weekend. It’s soooo delish and simple to make! The mini egg chocolate really takes it to the next level 🤤 Ingredients: 250 g scotch finger biscuits 130 g speckled eggs (or mini eggs if you can find them😭) 200 g condensed milk 120 g butter melted 170 g mini egg chocolate block Method: 1. Crush up the biscuits using a food processor. Add them to a bowl with the along with the speckled eggs, condensed milk and butter. Mix until all combined. 2. Line a 24cmx13cm baking tray and add the mixture. 3. Spread the melted chocolate on top and leave in the freezer for 1 hour to set. 4. Once set slice up and store in the fridge. Easter eggs How to: 1. To create the mixture, in a mixing bowl combine almond flour, vanilla protein, maple and coconut oil. 2. Mix in mini eggs. 3. Press into a silicone loaf tin. 4. MINI EGG CARAMEL SLICE🩷 My third year in a row of posting this because it is that good!!!! From the wonderful @janespatisserie #recipe Shortbread base ❤️ 250g butter, room temp ❤️ 70g powdered sugar ❤️ 240g plain flour ❤️ 1 or 2 bags of mini eggs, crushed Caramel filling 💛 1 can condensed milk 💛 200g butter 💛 80g sugar 💛 100g golden syrup Chocolate layer 🤎 1 large block of choc (360 g) 🤎 1 pack mini eggs crushed 1. Cream the butter and icing sugar together. Add in the flour until well combined. Then fold the crushed mini eggs through. Press into the bottom of a lined square baking tin. 2. Bake for 22-26 mins in the oven at 180 C. Or until golden brown. Take out and let it cool completely before continuing on. 3. In a pot on medium heat add the condensed milk, butter and golden syrup. Keep whisking until everything is dissolved. Continually stir for around 7-9 mins until it turns a golden caramel colour. 4. Pour onto the shortbread base and let it set in the fridge for at least 30 mins 5. Melt the choc. Pour over the caramel layer. Top with crushed mini eggs. Let it set in the fridge. 6. Slice into 16 squares or 32 rectangles! ENJOYYYY!!! #easter #caramelslice #dessert

This is your sign to grab a few extra Easter eggs… because this no-bake slice is next-level good. Sweet, crunchy, chocolatey and oh-so-simple – it’s perfect for sharing (or not). Save this for Easter weekend! 🎉INGREDIENTS BASE 200g (7oz) dark chocolate 200g (7oz) condensed milk 150g (5oz) butter 1 packet milk arrowroot biscuits, finely crushed (250g/9oz) 1 cup cornflakes (crushed a bit) or rice bubbles TOPPING 250g (9oz) white chocolate 1 tsp vegetable oil 100g (3.5oz) mini caramello eggs/creme eggs 40g (1.5oz) mini eggs 50g (1.5oz) Smarties 2 Tbsp sprinkles 🎉INSTRUCTIONS 1. Line a 19 X 29cm slice tin with baking paper and set aside. 2. Add chocolate, condensed milk and butter to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30 second bursts until all the ingredients have melted together and stir well. 3. Add to the crushed biscuits and rice bubbles then mix until all combined. Press the mixture into the tray, spread to the edges and smooth the top with the back of a metal spoon. 4. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, add oil and stir until it is smooth. Pour the white chocolate over the base and spread it evenly to the edges. 5. Cut the caramello eggs in half and arrange on top of the chocolate, add mini eggs and Smarties. Finally shake over the sprinkles. 6. Chill in the fridge until set 4+ hours. Take out of the fridge 20 minutes before cutting into slices (this makes it easier to cut). NO BAKE EASTER EGG SLICE 🐣 It wouldn’t be Easter without a little Easter inspired recipe and this no bake slice takes about 10 minutes to make and is sure to be a hit at your weekend Easter celebrations. INGREDIENTS 1 packed Marie biscuits or scotch fingers (crushed) 80g butter, melted 1 tin condensed milk 1 heaped TBS cacao powder 1/4 cup coconut 1 packed speckled eggs (chopped) TOP White chocolate 1 tsp coconut oil 1 packed speckled eggs METHOD Mix base ingredients together in a bowl and pour into a lined slice pan, pressing down with a spoon. Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in a heatproof glass jug until smooth and glossy (stirring at 30 seconds intervals) Pour over your slice, and decorate with your speckled eggs. Set in the fridge for a couple of hours before slicing into desired sizes. *you can use whatever sort of Easter eggs you like, caramel filled ones would be absolutely delicious in this, or if you wanted a milk chocolate top, then peppermint eggs would also be amazing .

This Easter turn your favourite chocolate eggs into something even more indulgent with this rich and gooey Easter Egg Slice. Featuring layers of buttery biscuit, indulgent caramel and an extra chocolatey topping, this treat is as delicious as it is egg-cellent ✨🐣 Ingredients: For the biscuit base: 200g unsalted butter 100g caster sugar 275g plain flour 1 bag of mini eggs crushed For the caramel: 200g unsalted butter 3 tbsp caster sugar 4 tbsp golden syrup 395g condensed milk For the chocolate: 1 block of milk chocolate 1 bag of mini eggs Method: Preheat your oven to 180C and line a rectangular pan with baking paper. Cream together butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add in the flour and beat again until a biscuit dough is formed (it will look crumbly!). Fold in the crushed Mini Eggs and then press into the bottom of the tin. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden on top. Add the butter, sugar, golden syrup and condensed milk into the Crumble baby saucepan and melt on medium heat until all combined. Turn the heat up to medium/high heat and boil the mixture until it turns a darkened golden colour. Make sure to stir constantly. Pour the caramel over the biscuit base and set in the fridge for an hour. Melt the chocolate bar in the Baby Saucepan and pour over the caramel. Sprinkle Mini Eggs on top and set in the fridge for 1-2 hours until sold.
