BESpicy quick and easy veg roll recipe 🤤🌯

Ingredients for veg roll recipe:
Oil 2 tsp
Garlic cloves 5-7
Green chilli 2-3
Onion 2 medium size
Capsicum 1/2 medium size
Carrot 1/2 medium size
Cabbage 1 cup
Green chilli sauce 1 tsp
Tomato sauce 2 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
For paratha ingredients:
Refined flour 2 big cups
Oil 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan add 2 tsp, 5-7 garlic cloves, 2-3 green chilli, onion 2 medium size cook for 2 minutes add 1/2 capsicum, 1/2 carrot and 1 cup cabbage cook for 2-3 minutes
Add sauce 1 tsp green chilli sauce, 2 tsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1/3 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp salt mix well cook for 2 minutes and keep a side
Now for parathas in a bowl add 2 cups refined flour (maida) 1 tsp oil and 1/2 tsp salt gradually add water and make a dough rest the dough for 20 minutes
Gently roll and make a paratha apply oil cook on tawa both the sides for 2-3 minutes
To assemble roll apply tomato sauce on paratha add veggies mixture and roll tightly apply butter and cook on tawa for 2 minutes
