エシャッペについて✨ 正しいエシャッペができるようになるトレーニング💪 エシャッペは滑らせて脚を開きます！ 少し跳ぶ事が許されるメソッドもありますが、ジャンプが見えないようにしないといけません✨ 5番に戻す時はジャンプせずに 引き寄せます✨ 立ち上がる時に跳び上がって　しまうと上半身がブレやすい です🥹 5番に戻る際に足が床から 離れてしまうとプリエを上手く使えず、続けづらくなり見た目も悪くなります🥹 脚の幅が狭いと外に押し出す力が強くなり、甲が溢れて足首に負担がかかってしまい、怪我に繋がります😱 布を上から摘み上げるように 上半身を引き上げ、足をスライドさせながら床に突き刺し、 滑らせながら戻ってきます🌟 次からトレーニングです🌟 タンデュを行い、脚の出し方、つま先と膝の強化、引き上げを鍛えます💪 押し出した際に足先が床から離れないように足を出せると エシャッペの足が強くなります💪 スライドしたつま先に力を入れられると突き刺す足を強くする事ができます💪 一度両脚で立ち、重心移動を練習すると軸が確認できます✨ 真っ直ぐ立ち上がれるように 行いましょう☺️ スッスで真っ直ぐ立ち上がる 練習をして、引き上げる力と真っ直ぐ床を押す練習を行います✨ 上に引き上げる力を養うことで エシャッペした時の突き刺す脚の衝撃に耐えられるようになります☺️ お役に立てますと嬉しいです😍 Place at @otonaballetcherie_tokyoginza Wearing @fairymary.ballet #ballet#バレエ#バレエ動画#バレエテクニック#解説動画#バレエ解説#バレリーナ#自習 #エシャッペ#échappé #echappe #トゥシューズ#バレエトレーニング#ポアント#バレエエクササイズ#バレエ解説動画 #ポアントワーク
