Just got back from EPCON, and one thing we've been noticing more at every event this year… We're starting to find our people in this industry. The conversations are changing. Less about individual services, and more about what's actually happening inside the business. Less surface-level questions, and more discussions about process, data, and what's truly driving results. Our Elephant in your business campaign turned out to be the perfect way to start those conversations. Because almost every builder we talked to had one. A gap in the process. A system that isn't working the way it should. Something everyone knows is there, but no one has had the time to step back and really look at. Instead of just talking about websites, marketing, or technology, the conversations kept coming back to the bigger picture. Where are leads really coming from? Where are they getting lost? What's actually working right now? What needs to change? Right now is a fast-moving time in our industry. New tools, new technology, shifting buyers, and a market that keeps forcing builders to adapt. What stood out at EPCON was how many builders are leaning into that challenge with intention. Looking deeper. Asking better questions. Making strategic decisions instead of reactive ones. Those are the kinds of companies we connect with the most, and it's exciting to see more of those conversations happening every time we get together.
