Palpebra cadente dopo blefaroplastica: un caso di ricostruzione funzionale ed estetica. Questa paziente conviveva con un grande disagio: dopo precedenti interventi di blefaroplastica e vari tentativi di cantopessi o cantoplastica, la palpebra si presentava staccata dall’occhio. La situazione era complessa: ❌ Obbligo di usare un cerotto per limitare i disturbi funzionali. ❌ Alla rimozione del cerotto, la palpebra scendeva e si staccava completamente. ❌ Doppio problema: estetico e funzionale. Come siamo intervenuti? Per restituire alla paziente la sua normalità, ho eseguito un intervento di cantoplastica endoscopica. I passaggi tecnici nel dettaglio: 1️⃣ Dissezione temporale, malare e palpebrale (tramite un accesso dietro la linea dei capelli nella tempia). 2️⃣ Cantopessi diretta. 3️⃣ Sospensione dell’orbicolare. Il Risultato: Oggi le due palpebre sono finalmente nella loro posizione corretta. Vedere questa splendida paziente tornare alla normalità funzionale ed estetica è la soddisfazione più grande del mio lavoro. #blefaroplastica #cantoplastica #cantopessi #ectropion #oculoplasticabernardini

⁨ قبل از هر قضاوتی، گاهی باید اول اطلاعاتمون رو بالا ببریم! نظر دادن در مورد ظاهر دیگران خیلی آسونه و ممکنه فقط یک واکنش لحظه‌ای باشه، اما چیزی که اصالت ما آدم‌ها رو تعیین می‌کنه، اون لحظه‌ایه که برای بروز نظری که از ذهنمون گذشته، مکث می‌کنیم. . بزرگ‌ترین هدف من در این صفحه، تغییر نوع نگاهه! فراتر از رسوندن هر فرد به بالاترین میزان کیفیت دیدی که در زندگیش می‌تونه تجربه کنه (که سعادت داشتم بارها مورد اعتماد افرادی باشم که از هر جایی ناامید بودن و تبدیل شدیم به مرکزی که وقتی همه نهایت امید، اعتماد و کیفیت رو می‌خوان، ما رو انتخاب می‌کنن!) رسالت اصلی ما بهبود کیفیت دیدِ هر فرده، اما با تجربه‌ی مواجهه با افراد مختلف و شرایط خاص، دو چیز رو به‌وضوح فهمیدم: گاهی رسیدن به این رسالت در کنار دو مورد دیگه ممکن می‌شه ۱. تغییر دیدگاه اون فرد به عینک، لنز، یا شرایط بینایی خودش (که نیاز به همدلی و درک عمیق از وضعیت چشمی و روحی فرد داره) و ۲. تغییر دیدگاه جامعه نسبت به اون افراد! چون خیلی وقت‌ها آدم‌ها از ترس قضاوت شدن حاضرن بدتر ببینن، فقط برای اینکه دیده نشن و مورد حمله قرار نگیرن. . بابای «نور» یکی از همون آدم‌ها بود. اون بیماری‌ای داره به نام اِکتیوز پوستی (Ichthyosis) که فارغ از مشکلات پوستی زیادش، باعث می‌شه چشم‌ها به‌شدت خشک، حساس به نور و آسیب‌پذیر بشن؛ در حدی که ممکنه زخم قرنیه، سوزش مداوم و کاهش شدید دید ایجاد کنه تا جایی که فرد حتی نتونه کارهای روزمره‌‌اش رو انجام بده. اون از راه‌های مختلف ناامید برگشته بود، اما با طراحی دقیق متریال و فیت لنزش، به دیدی رسید که سال‌ها ازش محروم بود. . به ما اجازه داد ویدیوش رو به اشتراک بذاریم تا پیام شجاعت و امید به زندگی رو برسونیم به کسانی که شرایط مشابه دارن.✨ الان «نور»، هم در خونه‌شونه، و هم در چشم‌های بابا. دیگه از شدت خشکی، چشماش مدام پر از اشک نیست و خبر بهتر اینکه ضعفی که با عینک اصلاح نمی‌شد، با طراحی انحصاری و شخصی‌سازی لنز برطرف شد و به تیزبینی رسید. . ما در این صفحه با هم رسالتمونو کامل می‌کنیم؛ با احترام به هم، به هر فردی که از مشکلی رنج می‌بره که گاهی از گفتنش هم هراس داره. با به اشتراک گذاشتن نتیجه‌ی کارها، شاید بتونیم چراغی باشیم برای کسایی که الان در تاریکی ترس و ابهام به سر می‌برن، و بدونن شاید برای اون‌چه فکر می‌کردن درمانی نداره، راهی هست. . . . #امید #نور #لنز #لنزاسکلرال #اهواز #خشکی_چشم #اکتیوز_پوست #scleralens #ectropion #ichthyosis⁩
