UE‘WE GAVE OUR ALL’ 🤞
After years away from the spotlight, the UE East Force Dance Company (EFDC) made its long-awaited return in the UAAP Season 88 Streetdance Competition.
In an exclusive interview with the DAWN, EFDC Team Captain Kohjiroh Iwaki expressed his pride and satisfaction over the team’s performance in the competition despite not placing.
"Sobrang saya lang talaga kasi ito ‘yung pinag-practice-an namin nang matagal, and finally nagawa namin siya nang maayos, at walang regrets talaga.
"It just feels good to be back on stage since Season 81 pa ‘yung last namin," he expressed.
Iwaki also shared his hopes for the team moving forward, along with a message to the UE community.
"Sana magpatuloy pa ‘yung ganitong opportunities at mas pagbubutihin pa lalo ng East Force Dance Group.
“Salamat po sa suporta at patuloy po sana tayo mag suporta sa EFDC," he concluded.
The competition took place today, May 3, at the Ateneo Blue Eagle Gym.
