Egg mixture: 9 eggs and 1/3 cup heavy cream. Recipe Below ⬇️ Here’s your reminder to meal prep egg bites for breakfast! I tend to switch up the ingredients based on what I’m in the mood for and this time around, I kept it super simple. Here’s the ingredients: 9 large eggs 1/4 cup heavy cream Salt to taste 2 tbsp melted butter for muffin pan Half roll of cooked sausage, chopped 24 cubed colby jack cheese (2 per cup) 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped 5 slices bacon, chopped Bake for 18-20 min on 375F or until cooked through. #breakfast #eggbites #mealprep

have I mentioned how much I love meal prepping these egg bites for breakfast??? 🤪 these are my sun-dried tomato, basil, & feta egg bites but I make them in all different flavors!! here’s how you make ‘em: - 10 eggs - 1 + 1/3 cups cottage cheese - 1/2 tsp kosher salt - 1/2 tsp black pepper - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 1 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes - 1 cup finely chopped fresh basil - 1 cup crumbled feta cheese just blend the eggs, cottage cheese, & spices, then pour into your muffin tin and evenly distribute the toppings. bake on 325 for 25-30 mins or until fully cooked! detailed instructions are on the blog 🍳 FAQs: - how long do they last in the fridge? about 3 days in the fridge but they can be frozen and reheated easily too! - how do you reheat them? I prefer to reheat in the airfryer or microwave. I reheat on 400 in the airfryer and they get nice and browned! adjust the time between 3 and 10 minutes depending on frozen or refrigerated - what muffin pan do you use? Spinach Feta Egg Bites✨These little egg bites are incredibly easy to make and are perfect for a simple healthy and high protein breakfast prep for the week! Keep them in the fridge or even the freezer to enjoy later on! Only a handful of ingredients and always delicious! Comment ‘PAN’ and I’ll send you the link to my silicone muffin pan! Here’s what you need: 7 large eggs 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1 1/2 cups spinach, chopped 1/2 cup crumbled feta 1/4 tsp salt A couple cracks of fresh black pepper Preheat the oven to 375F and spray a 12 cup silicone muffin pan with oil or line with liners. Whisk all ingredients to make the batter. Divide batter between 12 muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the center is set. Let cool for a few minutes before enjoying. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for 3 months. Healthy Egg Bite Recipe 🍳☕️☀️✨💛 My go to meal prep breakfast I can take on the go to work as a teacher! Recipe and details below ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Ingredients - 12 Eggs - 1 Onion - 3 Peppers - I use Red, Yellow, Orange - Spinach - I just chop a bunch and throw it in, I do not measure -Salt & Pepper - I use my judgement -Cottage Cheese - I buy a 24 oz container and use 3/4 of it - Tomatoes - I usually dice 1 or 2 ( I forgot to in this video) - Sausage - I buy the Jones fully cooked frozen pork sausage links from Costco - I cut up around 10-12 links (also did not add meat in this video) - Shredded Cheese - I used cheddar and Gouda this time (I sprinkle probably a 1/2 cup of both) I mix everything up in a bowl together and then use a 1/2 cup or spoon to scoop it out into a muffin pan! I spray the muffin pan with avocado oil before putting anything in and spray again if there is another batch. I bake at 375 for about 15-20 min, I check it around 15 min and usually add a few minutes So much healthier than store bought or Starbucks ones!!!!! I have froze some of them before but they don’t taste the same heated up so I try to eat them after I make them! Save this recipie for later! 💛

Whether you’re fueling up post-workout or need a quick breakfast, these bites deliver flavor and nourishment in every bite. Recipe Makes 12 egg bites Ingredients Olive oil or non-stick cooking spray 8 large eggs 8 oz (1 cup) full-fat cottage cheese 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (I used mozzarella and Havarti) 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper Add-ins (optional, mix and match): 1 large bell pepper or 3–4 mini peppers, chopped 1-2 stalks green onion, chopped Fresh herbs like dill, parsley, or cilantro Cooked bacon or sautéed spinach Instructions Preheat the oven to 325°F. Bring about 3 cups of water to a boil in a kettle and keep it at a simmer. Generously coat a 12-cup silicone or nonstick muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil. In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, 1 cup of shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend on high for about 10 seconds, just until smooth. (Avoid over-blending—too much air can cause the bites to deflate as they bake.) Set the muffin tin on a sheet pan. Pour the egg mixture into each muffin cup, filling about three-quarters full. Add any desired mix-ins right on top, then sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese over each. Carefully pour the hot water into the sheet pan so it covers just the bottom of the muffin cups—this helps the bites stay extra tender and fluffy. Note: You can skip the water bath if you prefer a firmer texture with light browning, similar to mini frittatas. Transfer the sheet pan to the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, until the egg bites are set. Remove the muffin tin from the sheet pan and let cool for 5 minutes. Carefully remove the bites from the pan—if using silicone, they should pop out easily. For metal pans, run a butter knife or offset spatula around the edges to release.
