Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup of chopped yellow onions
- 1/3 cup of chopped red bell pepper
- 1 Ib of ground beef
- 1 tbsp garlic power
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp Johnnys seasoning salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 3 tsp @mccormickspice steak seasoning
- 1/2 pack of Twin Dragon Egg Roll Wrappers @jslfoods
- Colbie Jack Cheese
- Reserved water to seal the wrappers
- Frying oil

They are perfect for the weekend and you can easily swap the ingredients. So so good. Don’t miss it!
Tips:
1. Use rice paper sheets with tapioca starch as the first ingredient for best durability.
2. Only dip the rice paper in water for 5 seconds or less. The wrappers should still feel quite firm after dipping. They will continue softening once in contact with any moisture.
3. Use a large nonstick cookie sheet when wrapping to prevent sticking.
4. Drain excess liquid from the filling or leave it behind in the pan for optimal texture when frying.

Crispy, golden homemade egg rolls packed with a savory filling of seasoned meat and crunchy vegetables. Better than takeout and perfect for dipping, snacking, or serving as an appetizer everyone will love 😍
📝 Ingredients: 🥬🥕
✦ 12 egg roll wrappers
✦ 300 g ground pork or chicken
✦ 2 cups shredded cabbage
✦ 1/2 cup shredded carrots
✦ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✦ 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
✦ 2 tbsp soy sauce
✦ 1 tsp sesame oil
✦ 1 tbsp vegetable oil
✦ Salt and pepper to taste
✦ Oil for frying
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣- Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant
2️⃣- Add ground meat, cook until browned and fully cooked
3️⃣- Stir in cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper, cook until vegetables soften
4️⃣- Place filling on egg roll wrappers, roll tightly and seal edges with water
5️⃣- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry egg rolls until golden and crispy on all sides
6️⃣- Remove and drain on paper towels, serve hot with dipping sauce

Egg-Hydrated Rice Paper Method
Pour beaten egg into a shallow dish.
Dip two rice paper sheets into the egg:
Fully coat both sides
Let excess drip off
It should be flexible but not disintegrating (2–3 seconds max)
Lay it flat on a cutting board.
Roll ‘Em Up
Add ~2 tablespoons filling near the bottom third.
Fold bottom over filling.
Fold in sides.
Roll tightly like a burrito.
Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 390°F
Air fry 8–10 minutes, flip, spray again, then 5–7 more minutes
Done when deeply golden and audibly crunchy
