This Breakfast Strata is the perfect dish to make for Thanksgiving or Christmas morning or even a weekend hosting friends and family. It’s best prepared a day ahead which means you can wake up the next day and pop it into the oven. Who wants to make a fancy breakfast when they’re already preparing a holiday dinner?! What you need: •8 cups of cubed bread (I used an Italian loaf) •9 large eggs •2 3/4 cups of whole milk •1/2 cup grated Parmesan •6-8 pieces of cooked bacon, chopped •6 oz Gruyère cheese, grated •1 tsp dried mustard •1/2 tsp dried thyme •1 tsp salt •1/4 tsp black pepper How: •Grease a 9x13 casserole dish. •Whisk your eggs with the milk, Parmesan cheese and seasonings. •In this order, spread your cubed bread evenly across the bottom of the casserole dish. Then add your bacon, Gruyère cheese and then pour the egg mixture evenly on top. •Cover tight and refrigerate for 2 hours or preferably, overnight. •Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Cover loosely with tin foil for an additional 30 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes and cut into squares. Enjoy! 🍳

I very much like this recipe idk what else to say EGG MCMUFFIN STRATA 6 English muffins, cut into cubes 5 slices deli ham, torn into pieces 5 Tbsp. butter, melted 1 tsp. garlic powder 8 eggs 3/4 cup half and half Hot sauce (a few dashes or more depending on your taste) 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese 3 slices American cheese, torn into pieces 3 Tbsp. minced chives Preheat oven to 350F. Add English muffins and ham so a casserole dish and toss with butter and garlic powder to evenly coat. Place in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until bread is just lightly toasted. Let cool completely. Whisk or blend together eggs, half and half, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Pour into the casserole dish, add cheese and half of the chives and let sit in the refrigerator for an hour or up to overnight. When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350F again. Bake until the eggs are cooked through, about 40-45 minutes. (If it looks like it’s getting too brown on top, cover loosely with aluminum foil.) Save this for your next festive gathering. 🍳 Hayes Family Holiday Egg Strata Ingredients 6 slices of white bread 3 tablespoons butter 1 pound ground sausage, crumbled and cooked 1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated 6 eggs 2 cups milk 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon salt Directions 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Butter the slices of bread on one side, cut off the crusts, and cut the bread into cubes. 2. Place bread cubes, buttered side down, in the bottom of 13x9 inch casserole dish. 3. Sprinkle the cooked sausage and shredded cheese evenly over the bread. 4. Beat together the eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard in a medium bowl. 5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread, sausage, and cheese. 6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

This sourdough breakfast strata is so good 🤤 Made with stale Wildgrain Sourdough! How to make it: - The night before preparing, leave out sliced Wildgrain Sourdough Bread to stale. Tear the stale bread into small pieces - you need 8 cups of bread cubes. - Saute 1 large diced shallot in a generous drizzle of olive oil in a saute pan until soft. Add 3 cloves sliced garlic, 1 tbsp fresh chopped sage, and 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves. Season with salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then add 4 cups chopped baby spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted, remove from heat. - In a mixing bowl, whisk together 8 large eggs, 2 cups milk, and 1/2 cup heavy cream. - Mix in 2 cups shredded cheese (we did cheddar and mozzarella), 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt, and a few grinds of pepper. Stir in the cooked vegetables. - Generously grease a casserole dish (9x13). Arrange the cubed bread in an even layer in the dish. Pour the custard veggie mixture over the bread evenly. - Sprinkle 1/3 cup grated parmesan over the top. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours. - The next morning, bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees F until edges are deep golden brown and the casserole is puffy. Ingredients:
- 10 eggs - 1 cup egg whites - 1 cup cottage cheese - ¼ cup goat cheese crumbles - 1 cup spinach, diced - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced - Olive oil - ¼ tsp salt - ¼ tsp pepper

Directions: 
1. Preheat the oven to 350F and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil. 2. Crack the eggs directly into the baking dish. 3. Add the egg whites, cottage cheese salt and pepper. Whisk well. 4. Top with spinach, cherry tomatoes and goat cheese crumbles. 5. Bake for about 30 minutes or until cooked through. 6. Recipe Below! 👇🏼 . 6-7 cups premade croissants or sourdough bread (about a 10 oz) cubed into 1 inch chunks. 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped 2 packed cups fresh chopped spinach 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes 6 large eggs 1.5 cup Lifeway Kiefer 1 tsp salt and pepper 1/2 cup farmer cheese Directions:: Grease a large 9-10 inch skillet. Preheat oven to 350º Add cubed bread or croissants to the skillet. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, Kiefer, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Pour over cubed croissants. Mix up well to ensure bread is coated. Add dollops of Farmer Cheese. Bake casserole, uncovered, for 25 minutes. Loosely cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Here’s a fun way to make scrambled eggs in the oven with feta cheese - #bakedfetaeggs The feta makes it creamy, fluffy and so good! 🍳 INGREDIENTS Avocado oil spray 8 ounce block feta cheese 12 eggs 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper Fresh mint leaves, for serving Pita bread, for serving INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease an 8x11 baking dish. 2. Place the feta block in the middle of the prepared baking dish. Crack 12 eggs around the feta cheese. Drizzle the olive oil on top of the feta and eggs. Season the eggs with salt. Season the eggs and feta with the black pepper. 3. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, until the feta cheese melts and the egg whites around the cook. 4. Use a fork to scramble the eggs and feta together. Don’t worry if some of the whites still look wet as they will continue cooking from the heat of the baking dish and surrounding eggs. 5. Enjoy the eggs alone or scoop into pita bread with mint leaves to make a sandwich.
