MEOnce a dancer, always a dancer. π
At 44, mom of 3, wife, and mentor, last week I dropped into class anonymously at @eightyeightstudios with @jacobbreaux while my daughter @sorellafortunatorobbins and 18 of my @thebizofdance mentees were down the street rehearsing with @itsjojosiwa for the @industrydanceawards and @galaofthestars, supporting @imadanceragainstcancer.
It felt so good to just dance freely β no audition, no pressure, no expectations.
Even dancing solo in front of the class (on camera!) felt liberating.
And yes, I was definitely sore the next day β my lower back and neck reminded me that Iβm not 20 anymore π
No matter how many roles I play in life β mentor, mom, wife β Iβll always be a dancer first. β€οΈ
