Two months of footage, categorizing the content, picking out key moments… no wonder it took me a week to edit the first phase of assembling the 911 case. Was it worth it? I still have a lot more progress to share, but I really wanted to show you the process of rebuilding our 911 engine, or as much as I could in 90 seconds. The “big day” was a huge milestone moment when we actually began final assembly of the case. Most people likely don’t realize how many times you have to test fit for bearing clearances, IMS gear backlash, cylinder clearance, etc etc. Plus Frank twin plugged the heads in this time, and that’s not shown here. @frankjohnson_814 has worked his butt off to get this done in time for Monterey Car Week.
