LIThe truth about being busy ⬇️
Busy doesn’t always mean having a packed calendar or running from one task to another.
For me, it means putting on headphones and shutting out the noise, choosing where I spend my energy and who I give my time to.
Sometimes that looks like working, studying, cooking, or working out. But other times it’s just lying in bed with a book, or doing absolutely nothing without feeling guilty.
Being “busy” is really just learning how to protect your energy. Knowing your priorities. Saying no when you need to.
And remembering that your health is the one thing you should never trade away.
