Out on the untouched shores of Isla Contoy National Park, time slowed down. No crowds. No noise. Just endless blue, soft sand, and the kind of peace you don’t realize you need until you feel it.
We spent the day snorkeling over vibrant reefs, drifting alongside marine wildlife in its natural rhythm—no barriers, no rush, just raw connection. Between dives, it was sun on our skin, salt in the air, and space to breathe, explore, and just be.
With our crew from Georgetown University, this was more than a spring break escape—it was immersion into living ecosystems, where learning happens with your feet in the sand and your eyes underwater.
